With many years of experience I have regular customers. I produce a wide variety of cakes and luxury sugar craft ranging from luxury tiered wedding cakes to handmade luxury cakes for birthdays, anniversaries and much more beside.

Birthdays
If you are looking for something different, then we may have some ideas for you. We are always happy to discuss ideas that you may have for a particular cake, so please get in touch when you can so that we can look at the budget for the cake.
Birthday cakes usually require a minimum of 4 weeks notice. Please contact us for additional details and service.
Macarons
These small, round cakes, crisp on the outside, smooth and soft in the middle, are made to order. They are perfect as a wedding favour or on mass as an unusual and quite stylish wedding cake. Typically we make 8 flavours depending on the time of year - we love them!

White Fondant Iced Cake simply decorated with flowers to complement the bridal bouquet, the simple flowers make a big impact. Prices start from: £395.00
Chocolate cakes are a very popular design, particularly for summer weddings. Layers of rich chocolate cake covered with a Belgian chocolate glaze and lots of cascading strawberries. Serve with jugs of cream and bowls of strawberries for a wonderful summer wedding dessert. A 4 tier cake allows for 130 very generous portions.

Croquembouche: literally meaning "Crack in one's mouth" a croquembouche is a traditional French wedding cake consisting of puff choux pastry filled with a vanilla creme patissiere, held together with a delicious cobweb of caramel.

Cake Fillings
You can choose from a wide selection of cake flavours...
Vanilla Sponge - moist, light sponge cake, usually layered with raspberry jam and buttercream.
Chocolate Sponge - with whipped white and dark chocolate ganache
Coffee Sponge - with a light coffee flavour and coffee buttercream.
Rich Fruitcake - a traditional recipe uses only the finest ingredients, carefully baked to ensure a moist, flavoursome cake. Covered in marzipan.
Carrot Cake - a delicious alternative to the more traditional cake flavours.
It's your cake - so you can have what you like, there are just some examples of different cake fillings to help you. We only use free range Organic eggs in our cakes (from our own hens!)
